太阳能电池封装膜是以乙烯共聚物（英文名称为：ethylenne vinyl acetate，简称EVA ）为主要原料，添加各种改性助剂充分混合后，经生产加工设备加热挤出成型的片状产品。该产品在常温下无粘性，便于使用和操作。由于EVA材料的特点是具有良好的柔软性和弹性 ，它在-50℃的情况下仍能保持良好的可挠性、透明性和表面光泽性，化学性质稳定，抗老 化和耐臭氧程度高、无毒性。与其它助剂得掺混性好，着色和成型加工性好。因此它是太阳 能电池的理想封装材料。它对太阳能电池组件起到了增透光，阻水汽，抗紫外线得作用，从而保证了太阳能电池组件得使用寿命。 太阳能电池组件主要应用在热力发电、太阳能光线发电、公共照明、生活照明用电等领域。
特性：
·加工温度及压力低，容易加工。
·配方不含增塑胶，对塑料、玻璃、金属、纸张等均具有良好得粘结力。
·胶片吸水率低于1%，常温在25度左右保持就可以了。
·与其他助剂得相容性好，可加工性好。
·具有良好得容软性和弹性，在-50℃的情况下仍能保持良好的可挠性，操作使用方便。
·具有极高得透明性，制成的制品其透明光率能保持>91% 。
·杰出的耐温性和耐湿性。
